Ever since I heard about dry shampoo, I’ve been hooked! It’s such an easy way to refresh your hair without having to wash it. It’s really such a lifesaver when I curl/straighten my hair and want it to last more than a day or two. FarleyCo sent me two of COLAB’s dry shampoos to test out. I tried out these two mini sizes in Rio and New York.
I’ve always used Batiste because no other brand has really worked out well for me, but I think it’s finally met it’s match. COLAB has two sets of dry shampoos – a sheer invisible line and a extreme volume line. I was surprised that I could actually tell a difference in my hair when using the two different dry shampoos. The Rio Sheer Invisible dry shampoo actually went on “invisible” and left my hair not only looking great, but smelling great too! The New York Extreme Volume actually gave life back to my hair. I have a cowlick at the back of my head and as soon as my hair gets oily, it splits open and looks really bad (in my opinion). COLAB’s extreme volume is great in refreshing that area and adding volume to it, which helps hide the cowlick!
I do try to use dry shampoos sparingly because I know friends who have used dry shampoos and have noticed their hair has thinned or fallen out (due to clogged hair follicles). I won’t use these dry shampoos every day, but i definitely will once a week or so. I definitely recommend everyone trying these out! They smell AMAZING and are a great substitute for other brands.
