Things to do in Toronto: Happy Place

Toronto has been great this year for pop-up experiences. Happy Place is another one that just opened and has been getting a ton of attention! It only made sense for me to have to go after seeing so much buzz on it even before the actual opening date! Happy Place is a massive pop-up experience that has one of a kind installations and multi-sensory immersive rooms which are perfect to Capture Your Happy and post on instagram!

Happy Place was founded by Jared Paul in November 2017 in Los Angeles. It then was brought to Chicago, and because of it’s massive popularity, they brought this experience to Toronto to bring smiles to thousands more! Each room is curated specifically for guests to take a ton of fun photos.

Happy Place tickets are $32.50 (weekdays) / $39.50 (Friday-Sunday).

I went with my boyfriend and 2 other friends and we had so much fun! It was very busy, especially since we went on the opening weekend. They had a ton of staff around to help guide you and even take photos if needed. Since it was busy, they did limit you on the time you stayed in a particular area taking photos. It was fun and a great experience, but a bit on the pricier side – especially for a place where you would just go to take photos. I’d still definitely recommend coming here!
