Moving into my new house has definitely been a journey. There seems to be something to do every single day and I haven’t had a day to myself yet. I’m pretty sure Josh has told me to sit down, relax, and take time for myself at least once a day but there’s just so much to do! One of the good things about blogging and receiving products to review is that I do make the time to thoroughly try products out – which makes Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt Soak and Foaming Bath the PERFECT products for me to be reviewing now. After dinner last night, I went to wash my face and saw my new Dr Teal’s products just waiting for me to open them. So I finally took the time to sit down and relax in my new bathtub!
I received Dr Teal’s Glow and Radiance Pure Epsom Salt Soak and Foaming Bath (both with Vitamin C). I started filling my bathtub with 2 cups of the Pure Epsom Salt Soak, and then followed it with a generous amount of Foaming Bath to get the most bubbles! Oh man, my bathroom smelled amazing – the citrus essential oils definitely perked me up and made the bath much more pleasant. I don’t remember that last time I took a bath… maybe when I was much younger, so I am SO glad I finally have a huge bathtub to soak in and use Dr Teal’s products.
Epsom Salts are the go-to product for sore muscles, and although my muscles weren’t necessarily sore, I did have the softest skin after! I think I’ll definitely use the Epsom Salts for a foot soak or a body scrub as well since they work so well. The added Vitamin C & citrus essential oils are so relaxing, yet uplifting – it definitely helped me relax and I’m thinking of taking Josh’s advice on relaxing much more serious now haha.
