Nail stamping has become very popular over the past couple of years. Born Pretty Store has definitely kept up with this trend and continues to make great quality nail stamping plates. They sent me their Stamping Plate BP-L054 to test out, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The designs are so fun! It’s weird though.. when I look at the stamping plate, I have so many ideas on how to use it. But when it actually came down to using it, my mind drew a blank… so I just decided to stamp it like normal on my nails (opposed to doing advanced stamping).
I painted my nails with three thin coats of Beyond the Nail – Sparkling Mermaid Scales. When it was fully dried, I stamped over it using Beyond the Nail – Navy Blue Creme and one of the designs from Born Pretty Store – BP-L054. I topped each nail off with one coat of OPI – Start to Finish. The design came out so nicely and was very easy to use. Some stamping plates that I’ve worked with in the past (other brands) haven’t always worked so well.
