Mermaid Flake Nails

For some reason, I can never think of a good manicure to do when using nail polish that has flakes in it. I feel like the nail polish is great on it’s own and nothing I add on top of it will make it look better. For these Mermaid Flake Nails, I added some nail studs and a nail decal, but I’m not in love with it…

I painted my nails with three coats of Beyond the Nail – Sparkling Mermaid Scales. When it was dry, I stuck on a Mermaid Nail Decal to my ring finger and topped each nail off with one coat of OPI – Start to Finish. While the topcoat was still wet, I stuck on some nail studs from BornPrettyStore.
